Microarray Commercialization

Excelsior Bio-System Incorporation employs precision microarray printing technology to immobilize purified antigens onto glass substrates. Leveraging the specific binding between antigens and antibodies, combined with fluorescence immunoassay technology, fluorescent signals are generated and collected through laser excitation to analyze immune response information within serum samples.

The resulting data are then converted into semi-quantitative reports that provide clinically relevant reference information. This technology enables the simultaneous analysis of multiple allergen responses on a single platform, enhancing user convenience, testing efficiency, and information completeness.

The EBS allergy protein microarray is built on a glass substrate and utilizes a proprietary protein printing formulation. Protein Microarray Scanning and Signal Analysis

EBS allergy diagnostic reagents are based on fluorescence immunodetection principles. Different fluorescent labels are excited by specific laser wavelengths, allowing distinct test targets to be differentiated and analyzed.

Fluorescence detection offers high analytical sensitivity and can detect signals at very low concentrations. Combined with semi-automated scanning instruments and analytical software, fluorescence signals are converted into actionable testing information for further interpretation and application.
